REPORT AND MINUTES OF THE 3RD CIRCLE CONFERENCE OF AIAPC RAJASTHAN CIRCLE HELD AT JAIPUR ON DATED 07/08/2016

Dear Friends,

AIAPC Rajasthan Circle congratulates and compliments all the Postmasters (GR I, II and III) of Rajasthan Circle for making the 3rd circle conference of AIAPC Rajasthan circle a grand success on 07-08-2016. Conference was successful in all respects for measuring our strength and achievement. In spite of several hurdles in the divisions and regions the conference was attended by major number of postmaster cadre officers from all over the circle including our lady members. Every Postmaster attended the conference with much enthusiasm and passion and took part in healthy discussion about recent developments and future aspects of the cadre.
Circle adhoc committee was reconstructed with the approval of all members and they have taken PLEDGE to serve for betterment of Postmaster Cadre.  Details of office bearers of Circle Adhoc committee elected are:

Conference started with the warm welcome of all the delegates by Circle Secretary AIAPC Rajasthan Mr. Mohan Lal Meena who attended the meeting inspite of bad weather and remote distance. Mr Meena presented a brief action/ work carried out by the Adhoc circle body for the past two years and assured complete support to AIAPC CHQ in each and every action taken and also assured to take active part in responsibility given to him by members and CHQ.
Rajasthan Circle Treasurer Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Lakesar presented the Balance sheet of AIAPC Rajasthan Circle for the last one Year.

 AIAPC CHQ GENERAL SECRETARY MR. BALVEER SINGH, SPECIAL GUEST of Circle Conference delivered a vibrant and inspiring speech. He enlightened the members about the need for creation of our cadre, present and future position of our cadre. He gave short description about the matter taken up with the directorate for our cadre by the AIAPC CHQ also briefed. He also shared present status of court case filed by the Association at Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur. Our General Secretary requested the member to make our association more strong and suggested the measures for strengthening of organization. Some duty/ task also assigned to Circle committee for updation of latest database of Circle.

After splendid speech of our General Secretary few of our Senior Members shared their experience of day-to-day work and tactics to deal with the worst situations arises in our offices and they also assured their active participation heartily, financially and morally.

After lunch there was an OPEN SESSION for all members to discuss the major issues of our cadre like Sr. Postmaster Posts, Cadre restructure status, Disciplinary and Financial powers for Postmaster Cadre etc.

After a thorough discussion following resolutions were passed unanimously:-
1-      To open a bank account in Union Bank of India in the name of  b   AIAPC Rajasthan Circle for day to day financial transactions.
2-      Delegation for 3rd All India Conference to be held soon.

Conference was concluded with Vote of Thanks By Circle President Mr  M. L. Nagar, He has expressed thanks to CHQ for their efforts for betterment of this cadre and also assured full support to CHQ on every decision of the CHQ.
