This was found in
discussion Unanimously that for secure future of Postmaster Cadre an separate
association should be formed & an proper constitutional way be adopted so
that the matters of cadre may be taken up to higher authorities. A resolution
motion passed & consent letter in this regard obtained from all present
officers.
