DEAR FRIENDS,

Greetings to all,

We already had interaction  and confirmed and accepted to form a seperate Association after holding meetings at Divisional,Regional and Circle level. Accordingly,

I wish to inform you through this blog exclusively for the Postmaster Cadre members, that in Maharashtra Circle formalities for forming an Association for the Postmaster Cadre are nearly completed. 

The process of framing Constitution, Bye-laws and the consent letters from almost all the Postmaster Cadre Officials are already been collected and many informal meetings has been conducted to share and get the opinion of the all Postmasters in all five regions of Maharashtra . All of them have given their full support to form an Association for unique Postmaster Cadre. In each informal meeting at least one representative member has been attended from Division/Region. Also a nominal fund has been raised in those meetings.

I hope that you have also conducted the same type of meeting at your DO/RO/CO level.

 The letters along with the Resolution passed in the meeting has been submitted to the O/O CPMG Maharashtra Circle. As per their advice, it is necessary to form a Central Head Quarter (CHQ) to approve a Circle/Divisional Branch.

Therefore, it is inevitable to call ALL INDIA MEET to give a final touch for formation of our Association. It is come to notice from telephonic calls that some members are not contacted personally or intimated through email/telephonically. Hence, all the Circle Coordinators are requested to bring maximum membership form from the Postmaster Cadre Officials to ensure the majority to form an Association Centrally. In short each incumbent of the Postmaster cadre should be approached and collected their consent letter to form an association to prove our majority before the Directorate to claim to form a separate association for Postmaster Cadre.

The ALL INDIA MEET will be called within two or three months. Each Circle should send two representatives for the All India Meet. The invitation will be despatched to the Circle representatives. They will personally hand over the same to all members. The announcement will be publised in this blog. Before that all the Circle/Regional/Divisional coordinators are requested to keep ready of the consent letters and to submit the same while attending the ALL INDIA MEET.

We will meet at All India Meet and show our full majority.
